Strap for kids size was provided in the box. The installation process is not mentioned clearly.

I recently purchased the Noise Pulse 2 Max smartwatch, attracted by its features such as the 1.85″ display, Bluetooth calling, 10-day battery life, and 550 NITS brightness. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. Right from the first day, the watch did not work as expected. It has significant functionality issues, and I find the interface very hard to operate, which makes it difficult to use effectively.I hope the Noise team will take this feedback seriously and provide a satisfactory resolution soon.

Extremely Disappointed – Worst After-Sales Experience with Noise Smartwatch
I had purchased the Noise Pulse 2 Max Smartwatch (Deep Wine) on 17th February 2024 via Amazon, thinking it would be a reliable brand with good customer support. But this has turned out to be one of the worst product experiences I’ve ever had.
After just a couple of months of normal usage, the display suddenly went blank and the watch stopped working completely. I registered a complaint on the Noise website under Ticket ID: 3782416.
Then began the frustrating journey of multiple follow-ups. It took nearly 15 days to finally get a reverse pickup done on 7th July 2024. That in itself was a tiring process — multiple calls, emails, no proper updates, and a lot of waiting.
When I finally received the “repaired” product on 13th July, I was shocked and honestly very angry. The watch came back damaged — the strap was detached, and even worse, the edge of the fixture where the strap connects was broken, even though I handed it over to them in good condition without physical damage. It clearly looked like it was mishandled or poorly repaired.
I had initially sent the watch for a display issue — it was working fine physically when I sent it. But now the product has returned in worse condition than before.
And to add to the mess, when I raised another complaint regarding receiving a damaged product, Noise responded by arranging another pickup but mentioned that they will do a quality check and if they find any physical damage, it will be repaired on a chargeable basis.
This is absolutely unfair.
Why should a customer pay for damage that was clearly done by the brand’s service team during the repair or return? It feels like they’re just trying to avoid responsibility and push the blame back on the buyer.
Here’s a summary of my experience:
Product failed within 3 months of purchase.
Delay of 15 days just to get a reverse pickup done.
Repaired product received in damaged condition.
No clear explanation of what was repaired or how it was handled.
Noise is now asking me to pay for the damage that I didn’t cause.
Extremely poor customer support, no transparency, no accountability.
Please think twice before buying this smartwatch or trusting the after-sales service of Noise. I had faith in the brand, but now I regret this purchase completely. You may get a good-looking product, but if anything goes wrong, be prepared for a long, painful, and frustrating experience.
